New Features and Changes
Accessibility Improvements
A number of accessibility issues have been identified and resolved based on an external accessibility audit. A new Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) will be available at the same time as this webReader release. The new ACR is based on VPAT 2.5 INT, which includes controls for WCAG 2.2 (AA), Revised Section 508, as well as EN 301 549.

Full-page Reading in Canvas New Quizzes
This version makes it possible to listen to a New Quizzes page without having to first select text. #13281

Content Security Policy
Refactored inline style usages to support strict Content Security Policy (style-src) without requiring ‘unsafe-inline’.
Preserve Certain Attributes in Text Selections
Text that has been selected for reading is cleaned up, in order to make sure it is as tidy as possible and does not interfere with the TTS engine. This version introduces a whitelist of attributes that are considered safe and will be preserved. #10426
